Responses to the music season from a cross-section of the audience

We find lec-dems interesting. At the Music Academy on December 27, R.K. Shivakumar presented `Navavarnakritis by Muthuswami Dikshitar.' Shivakumar dealt only with the philosophical aspect and it was good. A good trend is that the audience for the afternoon performances has increased tremendously. Up-and-coming musicians are not performing to near-empty halls these days.
