ZEN-sation
What is the `ZEN-sation' at The Music Academy? Adding colour to the festivity there, Maruti has displayed two new-look Zen Estilo cars, one in blue and the other in silky silver.
The recently launched Estilos just cannot miss your attention as you stride towards K.Padmanabhan's canteen being run in the premises. You are allowed to have a feel of the car, but no test drive please.

A book, `Abhyasa Gana Bodhini' consisting of exercises meant for beginners in Carnatic music has been released.
Compiled by P.B. Shrirangachari and B. Umasankar, the speciality of this book priced at Rs. 95 is the various malais like Sarali Malai, Janta Malai, Datu Malai and Alankara Malai which are very useful exercises that help lay a strong foundation in Carnatic music.
Rare Sanskrit and Tamil geethams have been included.
T.K.Govinda Rao has given the foreword for this book which includes a brief history of Purandara dasa, sangeetha shastra and swarajathis.
