VIP in the audience
On the evening of December 30 at the Music Academy, there was a flutter in the crowd that had gathered as a world famous VIP trouped in with her security guard. Clad in an aesthetically designed elegant sari, it was none other than the CEO of Pepsico Worldwide, Indra Nooyi. It was Aruna Sairam's concert which this Chennai-born celebrity attended right from the word `go'.
In spite of her security guard signalling time out, she didn't budge and delayed the departure of her private jet out of Chennai, just to stay till the end of the concert. Incidentally, Indra Nooyi is Aruna's husband Sairam's cousin.
