The 39th anniversary celebrations and Fine Arts Festival of the Nungambakkam Cultural Academy Trust will begin from December 5, 2008, to January 14, 2009, at Rama Rao Kala Mantap, Karnataka Sangha, T. Nagar.

At the inauguration, Nithyashree Mahadevan will be conferred the title ‘Sangeetha Kala Siromani’, while Rajeshwari Sainath will be honoured with the ‘Nrithya Kala Siromani’ title. T.V. Varadharajan will get the ‘Nataka Kala Siromani’ title. Seniors and newcomers will perform at the festival. Tickets will be available at the venue. For details, call 24834823/64529913.
