Septic tank location

Question: I have been getting confusing advice on vastu from different vastu practitioners and astrologers. It is about the location of septic tank on a premise, proposed to be constructed for commercial use. Details about the plot are:

Facing: south; approach road: east - west; ground condition: level with road; length of plot: north to south 70 ft; width of plot: east to west 40 ft; location of sump (proposed) for storing potable water brought in lorry: northeast corner; size of tank: 7ft (on 40 ft side) x 9ft (on 70 ft side-north south) x 5ft deep; adjoining plots: constructed for industrial purpose.

Location of main entrance preference 1.: on the south east corner . This will come above the septic tank. As the tank will be fully sealed, this will not be a problem. Preference 2.: on the south west corner of the plot.

Proposed location of septic tank: on the south east corner of the plot as already a tank of size 6ft x 7ft x 6ft deep suitable for septic tank is present here. This is constructed adjoining the compound wall. The compound wall is raised on top of the side walls of the tank. Moreover, being near the roadside, it will be convenient for cleaning. I am advised by one vastu consultant to construct the septic tank near the northwest corner at a distance of one foot from the compound wall after closing the existing tank at the southeast corner. Please advise.

Our panelist, Ravi N.S.A, architect and geomancy consultant, replies:

Presuming that your site faces south between 172.5* and 187.5*, a gate position on south of southeast leaving 1/9th of the front from southeast corner is suggested. Fill up the existing sump on southeast with pure soil after proper clean-up and burying 9 gems and grains following a ceremonial closing.

Choose a spot between 277.5* and 307.5* read from the property centre point for the position of the septic tank. Ensure that your neighbour doesn't have a structure on the compound wall that falls nearby. If so it'll cause serious mishap in your family.

By the way, I am curious to know if you are wearing a Jade Green belt around your waist? If so, perhaps, things are working out your way.
