IDBI Home Loan Expo
AS PART of the festive season offerings for those interested in buying properties, IDBI bank has come up with `HouseFull Scheme,' wherein 100 per cent loan is given to consumers (subject to certain conditions) who purchase any of the 250 displayed projects in and around Chennai from over 25 builders participating at the Property Exhibition "Home Loan Expo — Celebrations 2004" at Rajah Muthaiah Hall, Egmore, which was inaugurated on November 19. The expo would conclude on November 21. Once the customer has been sanctioned the loan, he will be given a form to write a slogan. The best of the entries will be the lucky winner of a fully furnished property. Says Mr. Prashant Joshi, Head, Retail Asset, IDBI Bank, "Every customer who buys a property, dreams of having a brand new house with all the latest furnishings - from new furniture to the latest in electronic goods. We wanted to reward our customers during the festive season with a scheme which would go beyond just being a loan."
