Careful with this `corridor'

CAUTION ZONE: Get clear details before taking up construction near the ORR.
This is with reference to purchase of land in the growth corridor zone on either side of the Outer Ring Road Phase-II. Please advise as to what will be the nature of utilisation of such a site . Will it be fit for commercial activity like construction of buildings?
Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) answers: Most of the sites falling within one kilometre of Outer Ring Road Growth Corridor have been marked as multiple use zone, partly recreational use, transportation use, bio-conservation use and internal grid pattern roads. If the site falls in multiple use zone, commercial use of buildings is permitted if it complies with the terms of ORR Growth Corridor regulations. The applicant may be advised to take the ORR Growth Corridor regulations, which are available in HUDA office.
HUDA answers: The survey number 248 of Peddashapur, Shamshabad falls within bio-conservation as per Draft Master Plan of HADA. The area is also covered by G.O.Ms.No. 111 M.A. dated 8.3.1996 covering the catchment area of Osmansagar and Himayathsagar lakes. In bio-conservation zone and in the area covered by the G.O.Ms.111, no residential layout or building permission is granted.
I am planning to buy a plot in layout named `Paris Gold' in Survey numbers 182 to 197 situated at Goodur village, Kothur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.
The sarpanch of the gram panchayat has approved the layout. Should it be approved by DTCP also?
HUDA answers: No part of Goodur village, Kothur Mandal falls in the jurisdiction of HADA. You may contact the officer of Director of Town & Country Planning at A.C. Guards for necessary information.
I am planning to purchase a plot at Shamshabad. The plot falls in survey number 248, Peddashapur village, Shamshabad Mandal. Can you please provide details in which zone it comes (i.e., High Raise zone / Medium Raise Zone / Low Raise Zone etc.,) and house construction restrictions.
