No to construction
The district administration has informed that the land in survey number 172 of Langer Houz village in Golconda Mandal is a water body and in view of the High Court directions, the same cannot be alienated to anyone and no constructions can be raised over it.
According to a statement issued here, District Collector R.V. Chandravadan directed the officials and other functionaries of the Government to ensure that this land which forms part of the water body and in respect of which Shikam patta was issued in favour of Yellaiah is not alienated to anyone by any mode whatsoever and no construction is allowed on it. If Mr.Yellaiah alienates the property or raises any construction over it, legal action as per rules will be taken, he said.
