Rajiv Swagruha
More than 40,400 applications from Hyderabad were received by the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board (APHB) for the Rajiv Swagruha scheme, the construction work of which is expected to commence in a few months.
The board is working towards starting the project with 7,000 flats in the first phase and a total of 300 acres land is being identified in five different locations. The scrutiny of applications has begun and once allotment letters are sent, the beneficiaries would have to pay 25 per cent of the cost and the balance within four months to the APHB.

Spread over three floors and 4,000 sq.ft., the store promises to address all the needs in the lighting. On offer are several innovative concepts such as remote-operable lights. Gold plated chandeliers, modern lights, crystal lights and lighting concepts for children's rooms are other attractions.
