REBI begins operations in Andhra Pradesh

Bangalore-based Real Estate Bank International (REBI) has launched its services in Andhra Pradesh.

The company offers end-to-end services such as brokerage, financial assistance, data base services, relocation services and other services, to make real estate transaction transparent and easy for both buyers and sellers, REBI President and CEO Lakshm i Narayanan told reporters in Hyderabad.

“Indian real estate industry is going through a transition phase. It is unorgnised, unrecognised and half the transactions go unreported. Property transaction in the country is still extremely complicated,” he said.

REBI, which already has presence in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, would soon go national.

It also commenced its overseas operations in Sri Lanka and would enter countries like Dubai, the U.K., the U.S., Singapore, Malaysia and Australia soon, he said. – PTI
