For a builder-buyer relationship

Casa Serene, a high-rise residential complex, is coming up near Peenya Circle. The 14-storey structure built by Pratham Constructions, a division of K. M. Gadia Group, is their first residential project.

The project, comprising 90 apartments in the first phase and 60 in the second, will incorporate rainwater harvesting. The structure is Seismic Zone II compliant and the promoters will provide 24-hour security to the residents with videophone facility in every apartment. The project is coming up on a five-acre area and only 20 per cent will be built-up area. “There will be lot of greenery around and also a joggers’ park,” says Manish Gadia, Director. Besides multi-level parking, wide walkways, gymnasium, swimming house, and children’s play area, there will be a supermarket in the complex. Casa Serene will have 1 BHK (41 apartments), 2 BHK (100) and 3 BHK apartments (20). The price tag is Rs. 16 lakh for 1 BHK, Rs. 33-37 lakh for 2 BHK and Rs. 44 lakh for 3 BHK apartment. The project is situated 300 metres from National Highway 4 and is close to the proposed flyover, underpass, elevated highway to Nelamangala, Metro terminus and the Bangalore International Exhibition Complex.

Brij Raj Singh Bhatti, Maharaja of Jaisalmer, V. Umesh, Chairman and Managing Director of KSFC, S. S. Patil, President, FKCCI, and Rajendra Kumar, President of PIA, were present at the launch of the project. The first phase will be completed in 2008. For details call 32945997.
