Fine print in Ads

Many or almost all the developers, promoters and real estate companies bring out attractive brochures to promote their ventures. Such brochures are eye-catching and their titles sound with sweet words.

The authorities who permit the promoters either in layouts, townships, flats/duplex/independent houses or cluster of residential shelters must insist on printing of their permission letter whether it is GHMC, HUDA, HADA or Gram Panchayat. Therefore, brochures/handouts must be transparent and questionable in case of discrepancies in promises.
