‘Handy’ devices for all

Hate to get up from the seat or bed every time you have to switch on and off lights or control the ceiling fan speed at home or office? It’s no cause for concern if you have Dyna remote switches to handle illumination and fans in your environment.

You can control lights and fans without getting off from the comfort of your chair or bed with these electrical gadgets. And visibility can be diminished or increased according to your needs. Similar is the case with fans for controlling its speed.

The gadgets are more convenient for senior citizens, physically handicapped and patients undergoing treatment in hospitals. Employees attending meetings in their conference rooms will certainly be benefited while organising power-point presentations. They need not search for switches with Dyna remote switches in place.

Developed by the Dynamation Company (Ph.65196158), usage of remote devices is increasing rapidly in the twin cities, particularly among upper middle classes and high-income groups.

Demand has also gone up in Mumbai, New Delhi and Chennai, besides Visakhapatnam and Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh.

“It does not require extra wiring. It can be installed for existing homes too with a wall mount option,” says Company Managing Director Priti Asar.

There will be three “On” and “Off” controls exclusively for operating fans and lights in a commonly used Dyna Remote Switch RC-101 model and another control for light dimmer. The remote switches work with infra-red frequency within the range of 40 ft.
