JBJ City Developers has created 20 new layouts in and around Coimbatore with totally over 30,000 plots.

A release from the company says the layouts have well-laid roads, drinking water connections and streetlights. The layouts have been developed in Chettipalayam, Othakkalmandapam, Malumichampatti, Kinathukadavu, Pollachi, Karamadai, Mettupalayam, Saravanampatti, Sulur, Palladam, Selekarichal and Narasimhanaickenpalayam. New layouts have been developed in Tirupur, Udhagamandalam and Erode and the company plans to develop more in Erode and the Nilgiris districts.

“The JBJ City Developers are ambitious of achieving a business turnover of Rs. 500 crore in Coimbatore district this year,” says the company release. It also offers instalment scheme for the economically weaker sections.
