A display-cum-sale of replicas of hand crafted period furniture is being organised by Antiquity at Zoroastrian Club, S.P.Road from May 10 to 13. The display include relics of classic designs in carved furniture from Bengal and handcrafted ones in Mahogany wood, replicas of antique furniture in shades of gold, black champagne upholstery, at affordable prices. The display hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Home Loan
Public sector Union Bank of India has reduced interest rates on home loans of up to Rs.30 lakh by 0.5-1 per cent, depending on the tenure and type of loan, reports PTI. The RBI had provided a low risk weightage of 50 per cent on home loans of up to Rs.30 lakh. Passing on the benefit to customers, Union Bank will charge a lesser rate of interest on home loans sanctioned on or after May 9.
