Star Hills at Mangalagiri
The city-based Indo-African Industries (IAI) unveiled the model of apartments to be built at Star Hills, the 400-acre Amaravati Singapore Township at Mangalagiri near Vijayawada. Overlooking river Krishna, the project will have 39 apartment blocks comprising 2 and 3-bedroom flats, 4-bedroom duplex flats and luxury penthouses.
Other features include entertainment centre, food courts, etc.

Tenor increased
Seeking to mitigate inflationary pressure in a rising interest rate scenario, the ICICI Bank has decided to rather increase the repayment tenor for its home loan customers while cutting down their monthly instalment amount.‘As a customer-friendly gesture’ the bank says, it has cut the EMI and increased the tenor of the loan, a PTI report said.
