For senior citizens in search of a hassle-free life and necessary conveniences at hand, Dhyanaprastha Seva Sangham has come up with a project near Shamirpet lake.

Spread over four acres, the project has 46 units of around 1,560 sft each with all the amenities that makes for a comfortable life for those having retired from decades of service rigours, wanting to spend time without having to bother about day-to-day issues.

Located opposite Aliabad Ratnalayam Balaji Temple, Majeedpur village, the Dhyanaprastha Senior Citizens’ Township comes with a centralised kitchen and dining hall serving vegetarian food, pyramid for meditation, a rock garden and a lotus pond, water treatment plant, library-cum-reading room and round-the-clock security.

“We are providing two cars exclusively for the residents and there will be cooks, maid servants apart from a caretaker to provide all assistance needed by the residents,” informs Ravula Anjaiah, president, Dhyanaprastha Seva Sangham. The cottages offer three bedrooms and an entire infrastructure from non-skid flooring to power backup .

Health clinic with daily visiting doctor and tie-up with leading hospitals for emergencies are also part of the package. “Regular maintenance services with electricians, plumbers and gardeners are also in place ,” says S.K.Rajan, Secretary of the Sangham.
