A tall order

The Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has given approval for the first time for a 30-storey project in the city taken up by Aliens Group at Gachibowli.

Called Aliens Space Station 1, the project is coming up on more than 18.5 acres of land, rising to a height of 87 metres, with nearly 80 per cent space landscaped greens, according to a statement issued by the company here.

The residential development will have 2,205 apartments including duplexes and penthouses.

The city is growing as Asia’s new international hub and keeping pace with the development, Aliens is developing a series of hi-tech digital homes, says Hari Challa, group Managing Director.
