The Real Estate Awards 2008 saw more than 500 builders from across the country compete for various award categories. Mr. Akash Deep Jyoti, Head Corporate & Infrastructure Ratings - CRISIL Ratings said, “CNBC AWAAZ CRISIL real estate awards are the first-ever initiative that evaluates projects on corporate attributes of transparency, systems and consumer protection.
CRISIL believes that only sound, customer-focused practices can insulate real estate sector from the adverse impact of economic and demand downturns.
Adoption of best practices will also help in improving the risk perception of the sector."
Akshaya Homes won the CRISIL/ CNBC ‘Best Legal Systems’ Award 2008 for clear title, clarity in documentation, detailed saleable area statements, nil encumbrances, sales agreement, development agreements, regulatory clearances and timely delivery.
