Revenue Tower ready in Kochi
The view of one of India’s finest natural harbours from the tip of the Vembanadu backwaters is the unique selling proposition the Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) is using to promote the Revenue Tower, 15 years in the making, that was dedicated to the State here on Friday.
Built on nearly an acre of land close to the Marine Drive, one of India’s premium real property addresses, the Revenue Tower has been long in coming and often drew public attention for several reasons. The total expenditure involved in building the tower has been nearly Rs.26 crore, according to the KSHB.
The Revenue Tower is a landmark building in the heart of the commercial capital of Kerala that is now touching a new growth trajectory with investments worth several thousand crores of rupees on the horizon.
