Property search on the Net has witnessed exponential growth

The property portal 99acres.com has witnessed an increase in queries by 50 per cent and visits by 10 per cent which has been attributed to portal revamp to improve its usability and make it more efficient and fast. The portal’s business head Vineet K.Singh said, “Property search on the Internet has seen exponential growth. The revamp was effected after a rigorous study of user behaviour patterns and understanding critical features in property search. We have se en a tremendous increase in response and have received positive feedback on the new interface and features”.

With a focus on ‘Click Less, Get More’, 99acres.com revamped the home page and search pages on the site. User would now need to scroll and click lesser with new features such as mouse-over, better refine options and ‘City Buzz’ sections, the portal informed in a statement issued here.
