Property Fair in Coimbatore
The Coimbatore Property Developers’ Association will organise a property fair, FAIRPRO 2009, in Coimbatore from August 1 to 3.
Omkar V. Sankar, chairman of the exhibition and secretary of the association, said the event would be held at Suguna Kalyana Mandapam and 25 to 30 leading property developers were expected to display projects at the fair.
Three financial institutions would also participate. The fair is supported by the Confederation of Indian Industry, Coimbatore Zone, and the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India, Tamil Nadu.
“This will be an exclusive property fair brought out by the property development industry and the association plans to make it an annual event,” he said.
Seminars would be held on issues related to the real estate sector, including how to choose a property, home maintenance and environmental and legal concerns.
The objective of the event was to showcase quality projects and promote brand Coimbatore, he said. The fair would be on the lines of FAIRPRO held in Chennai in February this year. The promoters would accept on the spot booking. Entry would be free of cost.
