Green project sans BESCOM lines
City dwellers wanting to live amidst nature have a new destination to look forward to, if you go by what the representatives of the Dreamland Ventures say. Situated 40 km away from the city is an eco city designed by the Agri Gold group of companies.
It is adopting the renewable energy concept in its upcoming project ‘Eco Prince Valley'. In the 130 acres of land, a central solar grid will be installed for power generation using solar panels.
C. Sreenivasa Reddy, Director and Vice-President of Dreamland Ventures Pvt. Ltd., said, “We want to give Bangaloreans a house with a resort-like experience. Nestled in the backdrop of a hill station, we plan to build a lake where there are natural streams too. The roads will be built in the shape of the valley. We are using renewable energy. Bescom lines will not be installed.” He added that the streetlights in the locality will also be powered by solar lines.
Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) technology, a widespread application which is used to convert solar rays into electricity, will be used in the project. The adoption of solar-passive architecture features makes a house cool during summer.
It also ensures natural light and better air circulation inside the house. During rainy season when there is shortage of solar light, gas-based power will be used.
Eco Prince Valley is situated close to NH 207 near Naariganmapur. It has spaciously designed farm plots/farm villas project with 12-and 8-metre wide roads, underground drains, round-the-clock security etc.
It will offer its customers a wide range of eco resorts and features and amenities including international standard golf course with 9 holes, club house, elegant lawns, swimming pool, spa, commercial space, tennis and basketball grounds with free membership facilities for property owners, Mr. Reddy said.
Agri Gold has already completed township projects in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bijapur, Hubli, Pavagada, Kolar, Malur and Bijapur.
