Century Istana

Century Real Estate, Bangalore's largest property developer, has announced the launch of its luxury villa township Century Istana. Set amid 68 acres of greenery at Devanahalli, it comprises Balinese-themed villas, a tech park, a mall with multiplex and food court and a gaming zone. There will also be a Leander Paes Sports Academy and the Istana Equestrian Centre alongside Istana Spree Resort promoted by the Royal Orchid Group. The township will also have a hospital run by the Manipal Group and a school operated by Vidyasagar Nurture.

Century Istana will have three types of villas, with 120 units of 3 and 4 BHK, designed by Thai architects, the Beaumont Partnership.
