Five Years of Culinary Excellence
FUSHION-9, the one of its kind restaurant in Hyderabad which offers popular global cuisines on a single platter is all set for its 5th anniversary celebrations. The event is spread across 5 days and nights with a host of festivities lined up. “We have planned elaborate events to mark the momentous occasion. Since it’s the 5th anniversary, we have planned 5 days of festivities” informs Meghna of Fusion-9. Special menus replete with exotic delicacies and signature spirits are being planned to coincide with the occasion. “The whole event is being lent a musical touch what with live Jazz performances by reputed Brazilian artistes being planned.
A special champagne brunch comprising of some custom made dishes is also on the cards. The highlight however is the chef special menu which contains one signature dish drawn from each of the continents, which encompasses the whole spirit of Fusion-9. Special gifts, vouchers and offers are being laid out for the regular clientele as a token of our gratitude. Fusion-9 is going to be decked up for the grand occasion. The ambience is going to be rich yet subtle to commemorate the event. We are also creating new dishes and drinks which the customers can sample during the celebrations” quips Meghna.
Talking about the stupendous success of the eatery specializing in global cuisines, she says “We specialize in offering authentic delicacies drawn from a wide variety of popular world cuisines. We do not believe in the concept of indianising foreign recipes to suit the local tastes. We serve exotic fare the way it ought to be and that’s what sets us apart. Over the years we have managed to create a loyal clientele base for ourselves who always expect something new from us. And we are on a constant endeavour of scanning the world cuisines to pick out something new and exciting to offer it to our clientele. In fact Fusion-9 is known for its periodic menu overhauls. A sizeable number of expatriates too are part of our regular customers and the fact that we have pleased such a discerning set of clientele is a pointer.”
The menu card at the restaurant makes for a great temptation as some very exotic dishes get mentioned. The 5 Prawn platter with 5 varieties of Prawn preparations makes for a great starter. The chilled mango soup is yet another dish unique to Fusion-9. Other popular dishes like fresh mint mushroom, veg stew, pork chops and chicken-lamb duet are evergreen favorites of the regulars.
