Photography captures a thousand words – in a flash. Each inspiring picture shows movement in a moment. FitnessOne promotes the “Fitness via the Lens” contest to encourage both amateur and professional photographers as a precursor to World Health Day. FitnessOne undertakes this contest to encourage health freaks identify fitness-stimulating pictures from the current scenario in India.
To take part in this first-of-its-kind contest, interested participants should click the most fitness-inspiring photographs and post it to any FitnessOne centre or email it to fitnessviathelens@gmail.com. The only rules for this contest are that the picture has to be unique and innovative and it needs to be clicked by you.
The last date for entries is April 12, 2008. The fun doesn’t end here! FitnessOne, along with renowned photographer, Venket Ram, will recognise the two best entries in a photo-exhibition showcasing best 50 entries. The judgment will be based on creativity, innovation and concept. The runner up will walk home with free one-year workout pass at FitnessOne and the best entry will win a mega prize – fitness equipment worth Rs.30,000!!! And there will be 20 consolation prizes!
The "Fitness via the Lens" contest is open across South India.
