Mango leaves infestation

The leaves of my mango trees are severely infested with worms. Infested leaves are transparent and the veins are clearly visible. How can I prevent this?

A.K.S.Narayanan
Chennai

Worm infestation in mango trees is a common occurrence during winter. Young mango trees and saplings are also prone to attack by this infestation. You may spray 3ml of monocrotophos and 5 gms of sulphur diluted in one litre of water weekly once.
