Is there any method to increase the coconut yield in my coconut garden?

A mixture of about 2kg of super phosphate, 2kg of potash, 1kg of urea and 200gms of borax should be applied every six months in circular pits at a distance of about 3 feet from the main stem and the trees watered regularly.
