Infestation in Hibiscus

Is there any method to control white mould like formation on my hibiscus plants?

You may spray a mixture of 2 ml of either monocrotophos or methyl parathion or dichlorvos and about 2 gms of mancozeb diluted in one litre of water on alternate days twice a week.
