Termite infestation

Can I apply lime coating over the surface of my coconut tree to control termite infestation?

Mix 10 ml of chlorpyriphos diluted in one litre of water and pour it into holes (about half feet depth) dug about 3 feet away from the tree trunk.

Inspite of regular watering the entire lawn is not green in colour and there are some dark grey patches found here and there. Is there any method to nourish the lawn and make it completely green?

Mix half a kilo of carbofuran and one kg of sand and sprinkle over the lawn and water. After 2 days sprinkle about 8 kg of neem cake powder or one kg of urea.
