The carnation flowers grown in my greenhouse are small in size. Is there any method for increasing the size of the flowers?

Though carnation is grown in polyhouses, external factors such as temperature, humidity and light play important roles in the flower size. You may try growing the flowers in climate controlled greenhouse.
