Organic spray

I have tried several chemical pesticides for controlling hairy caterpillar menace in my drumstick garden with no effect. Are there any low cost organic sprays available in the market or any method to manufacture it myself?

Grind 1 gm of Ginger and garlic each, 2 gms of green chilli into a fine paste. Mix this paste in a solution of 5 litres of cow’s urine diluted in 5 litres of water. After 3 days filter the solution and use it as a spray in the ratio 10ml of solution diluted in 500 ml of water.
