Chilli powder remedy

My four drumstick trees are infested heavily with caterpillars which infest other plants in my garden Is there any eco friendly method avaialble to control this menace?

Mix 50-100 gms of red chiili powder in a litre of water and spray all over the stem and crown of the trees. Continue this treatment again after 10 days if the pest infection persists.
