Sarath Kumar files papers

CHENNAI, JULY 12. The DMK candidate for the Rajya Sabha election, Mr. Sarath Kumar, today filed his nomination before the Chief Electoral Officer, Mr. Mrutunjay Sarangi, who is the returning officer. Mr. Sarath Kumar was accompanied by his supporters and the Chennai Mayor, Mr. M. K. Stalin.
