LTTE threat

COLOMBO April 12. The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) has said that the Tigers would "review the decision to participate in the Tokyo donors' conference in June in protest against the exclusion of their accredited representatives from the crucial international aid conference in Washington to be held on April 14 in preparation for the main donor conference in Japan."
