By B. Muralidhar Reddy

He said relations between the two countries were in the cold storage for about one-and-a-half year. He told reporters that as the process of dialogue has begun, the matters would be resolved through negotiations. The issues between the two countries could not be resolved overnight and the process (of dialogue) would move forward step-by-step, he said.
