6 Pakistani prisoners freed

Amritsar June 25. India today released six Pakistan nationals, lodged in different jails for the past two years, in response to Islamabad's gesture of releasing Indian prisoners last month.

The six prisoners were brought here by the Pakistan High Commission officials and the BSF and police from New Delhi.

They were handed over to the Pakistan Government's representative, Col. Haris, at the Wagah border post. — UNI
