Two more held in Kiruttinan murder case

MADURAI JUNE 29. The city police have arrested two more party workers in connection with the Kiruttinan murder case.

According to police sources, S. Mani alias Pon Mani (32) and S. Seeni alias Seenivasan (34) of Villapuram were nabbed when they were standing near a bus stop on the Ramanathapuram Road here last evening. The involvement of the duo in the conspiracy to kill the former DMK Minister was revealed during an interrogation of the accused already arrested.

The IV judicial magistrate, Balasubramaniam remanded the workers to judicial custody this evening, the sources added.
