Indian envoy to reach Pak. tomorrow

Islamabad July 13. India's new High Commissioner-designate to Pakistan, Shiv Shankar Menon, will arrive here on Tuesday to take up his new assignment.He is likely to present his credentials to the Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf, some time towards the end of the month. Gen. Musharraf is leaving on a three-nation African tour tomorrow and would be back on July 24.
