Vivek Oberoi `improving'

Mumbai July 22. Hindi actor, Vivek Oberoi, who developed lung complications following an operation on his fractured leg, ``is making good progress'', hospital sources said here today.

``Vivek's condition is improving and all necessary precautions are being taken,'' Sanjay Agarwala, orthopaedic surgeon, who operated on the actor, said.

The actor had suffered serious fractures in his leg during a shooting in Kolkata last week and had been admitted to the Hinduja Hospital for surgery. He was later shifted to the ICU following pain and breathlessness. ``His wounds are healing. He is able to move his legs and we anticipate he will ambulate, lung condition permitting,'' the doctor said. — PTI
