Sir, This refers to the report ( Aug. 14 ) that a London-based British national of Indian origin had smuggled a sophisticated Russian missile into the U.S. for sale to terrorists. It is really heartening to read that American, British and Russian agencies foiled the plot. In a "sting operation", the FBI arrested three persons, including an arms dealer reported to be a part of an illegal money trading business.
