All residents of Anubroluvaripalem H/o. Pamidipadu of Korispadu Mandal, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Please take notice that the Decree Holder obtained decree against Talluri Venkateswarlu, Talluri Usha Devi, Balina Krishna Murthy and Balina Seshaiah and filed the above E.P. seeking attachment of Ac 5.11 c of land covered by S.No.510 of Pamidipadu Village and Talluri Venkateswarlu, Balina Seshaiah died and the decree holder is seeking to add Nos.1 and 2 of you as legal representatives of the deceased 1st JDR Talluri Venkateswarlu and Nos.3 to 5 of you as the legal representatives of the deceased 4th JDR Balina Seshaiah, both of whom died intestate and that inspite of number of notices sought to be served on you U/s.50 C.P.C were returned un served and the Hon'ble court directed publication of notice in paper. You are therefore hereby informed that the said EP stands posted to 24.08.2006 for your notice U/s.50 C.P.C. You are hereby informed that you may make your appearance in the above court either personally or through your advocate or your recognized agent at 10.00 A.M. on 24.08.2006 and put forward your objections if any. Failing which the court will pass appropriate orders in your absence after hearing in that regard. Please note accordingly.
