Please take notice that the Decree Holder obtained Prl.decree on 01.11.1997
and final decree on 24.07.2003 for sale of the mortgaged property and you
could not be served through process of court inspite of notices being taken
to you through court and the Hon'ble court having directed notice to be
served on you by substituted service by making publication in paper.
You are therefore hereby informed by this notice that the above E.P stands
posted to 11.08.2006 for service of notice on you under order Order 21 Rule
66 C.P.C. You are hereby informed that you may make your appearance in the
above court either personally or through your advocate or your recognized
agent at 10.00 A.M. on 11.08.2006 and put forward your objections if any.
Failing which the court will pass appropriate orders in your absence after
hearing in that regard. Please note accordingly.
