What role for inflation targeting?

Innovative financing can help export effort
The RBI can consider providing re-finance against foreign currency-denominated export advances at LIBOR linked rates or even at LIBOR. While infusing liquidity, re-finance can also bring down the average cost of foreign currency funds and enable further expansion of export credit.
