Ma Foi’s psychometric tests for Bharathidasan University students

Ma Foi’s collaboration with the university is aimed at improving students’ employability skills.


The medium of instruction for the test will be in English and the registration fee is Rs. 600.

Ma Foi Management Consultants has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharathidasan University, Tiruchi, to provide customized Personality Factor Assessment Tests to its student community for self-assessment. The initiative aims at analysing the student’s current skill sets and enables them to improve upon their employability skills for better career opportunities.

Announcing the MoU, Ma Foi managing director K. Pandia Rajan said, “While education is definitely important for career growth, employability skills are equally crucial. This initiative will be a stepping stone in bridging the gap between companies’ requirements and students’ skill sets.”

The tests are open for the current students studying at the university and those who study at its affiliated colleges. This includes the Schools/ Centres/ Departments and Distance Education centres of Bharathidasan University across the country. Any interested alumni of the university can also register for the test at any time during the year. The medium of instruction for the test will be in English and the registration fee is priced specially for the student community at Rs. 600. Once a student registers for the test, he is given a password and he can take the test online. A test report will be shared with the student after three working days.

The 16 Personality Factor Test, the product that is offered through this MoU, measures a person’s emotional quotient that includes anxiety, liveliness, dominance, sensitivity, perfectionism, openness to change, and group-orientation, among others. It provides future behaviour prediction and is suited for selection, development and teambuilding. Students interested in taking this test can contact the director, IECD, Bharathidasan University.
