German course
Goethe Institut and the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) jointly offer German language course for beginners.
The course is based on the guidelines of the Common European Reference Framework for languages formulated by the European Council.
The programme fosters the communicative ability of learners and equips them with elementary language use. The course was launched in Tamil Nadu in 2007.
The registration for the present session in Chennai and Salem is open till February 20. The registration for the July session is open till the 30th of March 2009.
