MORAL POLICING: Severe action should be taken against people involved in attacking women.

Not allowing girls to go to pubs is fairly good but it should be the same with boys too. Sri Ram Sene is taking advantage of it. If only they were concerned about morals, they would have followed peaceful methods.

One could really question as to who gave the right to a section of people called "Sri Rama Sene" to make their own laws. Pubs in cities and metros are being licensed by the authorities and have a check on them. If the girls go to avail the posh culture to such places where in no way any harm is done to the society other than spending their money and time.

No civilized society will accept beating up women in public. First if the Sri Rama Sene they want to stop western culture in India let them not send their children to US.

Are the people talking about culture are following the dress code, are they following Indian culture? I am sure neither their family nor their children follow this. They may not talk in their mother tongue.

R.SIVAKUMAR
Visakhapatnam

The richness of Indian culture is respected by the Westerners but our youngsters are blindly following the western culture. It has become fashion to visit pubs, drink alcohol, dance and reach homes late. This is leading to unhealthy trends.

However, it is ridiculous that Sri Rama Sene activists have taken law into their hands.

K. NAGENDRA KUMAR

Too much of anything is good for nothing. It holds good for the pub culture which is at its peak in our country.

Many a people are sacrificing their sleep, health and keep dancing overnight which they call it an 'enjoyment'.
