Mini-festival

THE FIFTH mini music festival of the Thirupoonthuruthy Narayana Tirtha Swamigal Trust will open with Narayana Tirtha's Namasangeerthana Tharangams today, at the Sri Sringeri Pravachana Mandiram, Sringeri Mutt Road, Raja Annamalaipuram. Mr. R. Shanmughasigamani, former secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu will inaugurate the festival at 5.45 p.m. This will be followed by an address by the chief guest Mr. N. Pattabhiraman. Tirupoonthuruthy V. Venkatesan will propose a vote of thanks. A vocal concert by O. S. Thyagarajan will follow.
