New comedy

UAA HAS announced the inauguration of its new play, `Ubhadesam Seivathu UAA' on February 21 under the auspices of Bharat Kalachar at Dr. Rama Rao Kala Mandap. This is a five-in-one comedy based on stories told by great saints and philosophers — stories that are full of humour but rich with social message. The stories have been adapted to the stage by writer-director Venkat and the play has been dramatised and directed by Y. Gee. Mahendra.

The cast includes: Y. Gee. Mahendra, Typist Gopu, Nagalakshmi, Revathi, Murali, Girish, Purushothaman, Mahadevan, Hussain, Ramanujam and other members of UAA.
