Temple renovation

SRI KASI Visvanathar and Sri Kasi Visalakshi temple, Eswaran Koil Street, W. Mambalam is said to be 400-years old. Believed to have constructed by the king of Vijayanagar dynasty, the temple is in a dilapidated state.

With the blessings of the Acharyas of Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Math, the temple trust has decided to renovate the temple.Separate shrines for Lord Ganesha and Lord Subramanya will be constructed.

A separate sannidhanam with 2-tier vimanam will be built for the Goddess, Sri Kasi Visalakshi. Construction of Vasantha mandapam and Rajagopuram are also in the plan. For details contact 24890018 or 24740891.
